Forms of payment accepted: Visa/Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash.  Unfortunately, personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy: You will receive a confirmation call/email to remind you of your appointment.  If you must change or reschedule your appointment, please give notice by 6pm the day you receive your confirmation call to allow your space to be offered to another client.  Cancellation/changes with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of scheduled services. Day-of cancellations, changes, or no-shows will result in a fee of 100% of scheduled services. These fees must be paid prior to reserving a new appointment.

Children: A salon is filled with people, music, and many exciting stimuli.  However, there are also chemicals, expensive equipment, and sharp scissors, and looking after a small child may interfere with your ability to have your service.  If you must bring a young child to the salon during your service, please bring a friend, relative, nanny, etc. to ensure the child’s safety.

Pets: Please respect the comfort and safety of other clients and do not bring your pets to the salon.  Some clients may have allergies, and some have expressed sanitary concerns.  Additionally, we are subject to citation and fine by the California Department of Health if we are found to have animals inside our business.  Of course, registered service animals are exempt from this rule.
