Once we discuss your needs and goals, my assistant and I will guide you through our process, as we know it may differ from what you’ve experienced at other salons. We hope you will enjoy our personalized service as much as your beautiful results!
I know your time is precious, and I pride myself on being efficient but never rushed. I understand that you may need to tend to work and/or family while in the salon. We have WiFi and would be happy to help you connect, however I do request that you refrain from calls or video while in the suite. If you need to step out to make a call, I’d be happy to provide an estimate of your processing time.
If there is anything I can do to make your experience more relaxing, I’d be happy to do so. You’ll receive a text the morning of your appointment with customization options to personalize your experience that day; this is an easy way to let us know how we can ensure your comfort and enjoyment.

If you need to make any changes such as cancel, reschedule, or change service details, please let me know as soon as possible so I can make the necessary adjustments. Changes must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice, but doing so sooner will help with flexibility.
